An environmental art exhibition curated by Leah Wood that tackles climate change head on and draws attention to acting NOW to save our planet.
Scientific evidence paints a clear picture: climate change is happening, it is caused in large part by human activity, and it will have many serious and potentially damaging effects in the near future.
“Art is a powerful motivator of change and I’ve selected some of my favourite artists to highlight different aspects of climate change through their beautiful artwork to inform and engage people in conversation about the environment.” – Leah Wood
The Now Exhibition features 15 artists and includes 46 environmental artworks exploring the effects of plastic, fracking, a polluted ocean, rising sea-levels, threats to habitat and animals, flooding and drought.
Thursday 14th March 6.30 – 9 pm
The show will then open to the public from Friday 15th March – Tuesday 26th March 8.30 am – 6 pm daily.
