About Caleb

Caleb Jude Packham is a powerhouse in the yoga industry. Known as The Wellness Warrior, he is on a mission to tackle stress and mental health issues by inspiring more people to take up yoga. Successfully leading the charge in the ‘men’s yoga revolution’, he is flipping the traditional female-heavy ratios to see men outnumber women in many of his classes.

Turning to yoga as rehab for an injury in 2014, Caleb was hooked on its healing qualities after just one class. His yoga journey then led him to Rishikesh in India where he trained as a Sattva Yoga teacher under world- renowned Yogi, Anand Mehrotra. You can witness for yourself reflections of Mehrotra’s sage influence in Caleb’s teachings.

Here’s what some fellas had to say about Caleb’s classes…

“Caleb is the master of balancing the mind and the body! Being a complete beginner I was a bit nervous at first, but the session turned out to be a fantastic experience. Cannot wait to repeat.” – George

“Caleb’s classes are like nothing you have ever experienced. Go you wont regret it.” – Robbie
