This gentle and empowering yoga class is an opportunity for everybody to experience the amazing benefits of this practice. With the aid of yoga props and chairs to accommodate all who want to become more mobile; regardless of age, size, gender or mobility limitations.
Classes will include variations on your usual yoga staples including seated sun salutations, hands-free Vinyasa flow, standing poses with chair options, gentle breathing practices and a lovely long relaxation.
Options will be given to suit all individual bodies leaving you feeling more energised, relaxed and connected to your body. Come and do what you can.
