Explore different methods of Yoga in this dynamic workshop.
Led by Alva, Alix and Laura, experienced Yoga teachers who have been teaching different styles for many years. They have now teamed together to offer a Yoga workshop which will include: Dharma, Yin and Kirtan.
Dharma Yoga begins with short Vinyasa warm up followed by holding and working deeper on the different poses. Alix will safely support you to try some more adventurous asanas.
Yin Yoga allows slowing down and working with gravity. Laura will offer a series of passive floor poses held for up to 5 minutes or more which will give you the space to let go and be grounded.
Kirtan is part of Nada Yoga, the Yoga of sound. Alva will invite you throughout the workshop to use your voice exploring how sound takes you deeper into a meditative state. You will be encouraged to surf your own and surrounding sound waves vibrations.
