Nasha N Bahasoean is a designer and dancer from Indonesia, currently studying at Architectural Association School of Architecture for an MFA in Spatial Performance & Design (AAIS). As part of her final applied-thesis project for the AAIS program, Nasha has created Lawik Bakaba, a performance and exhibition event to raise awareness about the dangers of plastic to the ecosystem at sea.
Re:Centre are excited to provide the space to bring Nasha’s project to life. There will be an experimental Indonesian dance performance performed by a team of dancers from London, UK and Nan Jombang Dance Company from Padang, Indonesia. Completed with a mini-exhibition on plastics. This event is initiated by the MFA student of AA Interprofessional Studio (AAIS) as one of the final applied-thesis projects in Architectural Association School of Architecture, London, UK.
