An introduction to AcroYoga every Sunday throughout February.
This 2 hour class is inspired by the AcroYogaDance syllabus, with a focus on creating and performing aesthetically beautiful sequences.
AcroYogaDance is much more than a movement practice. This inclusive beginners’ class is designed to improve communication, confidence and creativity. With a focus on finding fluidity and fun in transitions, there is scope for creating short choreographic sequences at every level.
Course on Mondays, from 6.45 pm to 8 pm: Feb 25, March 4, 18 and 25
