Delve deeper into the ever changing world of human movement.
This workshop will be focusing on joint health and looking at ways to improve longevity through specific joint articulation and mobility systems. It will include a personal movement screening to help you better understand your current areas of restriction along with specific end range mobility training. The session will finish with an introduction into soft acro and use floor play to integrate your new acquired skills.
