About Dr Safia Debar
Dr Safia Debar graduated from St George’s University of London with distinction in 2004 and qualified as a General Practitioner in 2007. Prior to this she gained a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. She is based at the Portobello Clinic, Nottinghill, London.
Dr Debar has a keen interest in nutrition and the mind-body connection. She has been certified by the Harvard Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and runs regular Harvard SMART (stress management and resiliency training) courses dealing with the neuroscience of stress and teaching evidence based strategies.
She is also a SAM (Super Able Mind) practitioner, a method developed by Anastasia Hatzivasilou, to access our highest creative intelligence and function from a creative, non-reactive, humanistic mindset.
About Dr Leah Austin
Dr Leah Austin graduated from Newcastle University upon Tyne in 2007 and completed her General Practitioner training in the Northern Deanery. Being of mixed ethnic background with Chinese and English, she became fascinated with eastern medicine and the true impact of nutrition, genetics, herbs, environment and lifestyle. With this and her own health/family concerns; led her to study nutrition and qualify as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist in September 2017 at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Dr Austin uses a systems-oriented, 360 degree approach (lifestyle, nutrition, medical, genetic, environmental) to address her clients/patients health concerns to ultimately produce the best plan/programme and protocols. She is based at the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth Hospital, St Johns Wood, London and Kensington.
About Richie Bostock
Richie, or “The Breath Guy”, is a coach, author, speaker and Breathwork evangelist. It is his mission to spread the life changing possibilities of Breathwork to the world.
Breathing is the only system in the body that is both automatic and also under our control. That is not an accident of nature – it is be design and is the key to becoming a healthy, happy and high-performing individual. Richie’s own experiences with Breathwork have completely shifted his own life and beliefs on the potential of human beings.
