Join us on the 12th October at Re:Centre for a day of dynamic power yoga, yin yoga and a nutrition talk, all aiming to help you find your inner warrior.

What to Expect:

To start our day we join Sophie for an empowering and energising yoga class to challenge balance, strength and flexibility.  Sophie’s sequencing is fun and creative and her classes are accessible and down to earth. There will be a chance to play with your practice whatever level you are – from those who are beginning their yoga journey to those with a more advanced practice.  The only prerequisites are: a love of yoga, an interest in food and good vibes!

After a refreshment, Clemmie will be delving into how you can energise your life through the food you eat and the way you live. She will be discussing how we can boost our energy, but also the things we often do daily that can sap it. Clemmie takes a no-fad, fun and realistic approach to nutrition; she’ll will be busting myths and answering any questions you have to bring you some clarity on this often confusing topic.

To end there will be a yin yoga class followed by a yoga nidra meditation – a deeply peaceful and restorative finish to a wonderfully uplifting day.

Sophie Dear

After years working in a tough, stressful job in the TV industry as an Assistant Director, Sophie decided to completely change her direction in life to become a yoga teacher. Sharing her story with others, she realised there were so many people in a similar position, finding it hard to find time to lead a happy & healthy life. So she set out on a mission – to help people access yoga and create a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.

Clemmie Macpherson

After being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and having lifesaving surgery, Clemmie continued to experience digestive problems, despite being given the all clear by her doctors. Not knowing what else to do, Clemmie went to see a nutritionist and discovered that she could transform her digestion and health through nutrition and lifestyle medicine. That experience was life changing and so powerful that Clemmie decided to quit her job in PR and retrain as a nutritionist, so she could help change others lives in the same way. Clemmie is passionate about all areas of health and nutrition, particularly digestive health.
