This class uses the pairs the power of calming music with Yin to create space in the body and mind.
Set to the backdrop of beautifully selected classical music, you can take your time to immerse yourself in this practice without judgment.
Classical music pieces will assist in reaching a calm place and a sense of deep relaxation to meditate/explore internally while we hold the poses. The Yin practice, where poses will be held anywhere from 3-5 minutes, creates more space in the physical body within the fascia, ligaments, tendons, and joints. It can also help to relieve blockages of energy (chi).
This two-hour class will leave you feeling revitalised, with a renewed sense of calm and ready to step into 2019 with confidence.
