This 90-minute workshop is designed to help improve the health of your digestive system through the use of movement & breath. With gentle twists and turns, every move will flush a new source of oxygen-rich blood to your gut, helping to activate a feeling of calm within your body & mind.
A healthy gut is so important to keep our overall health intact. With 70% of our immune cells in the gut, any imbalances, cramps or upset can cause our immune system to weaken. Not only this but the strong link between our digestion and our mood shows that a disturbance in our gut can cause us to become agitated and unhappy.
You will leave the workshop with a new sense of energy, elation and knowledge of simple moves that can help you when cramping or bloating occurs due to stress or lifestyle.
For this workshop, Molly Robinson has teamed up with Bowel Cancer UK, a charity close to her heart. She hopes to raise awareness of not only the charity but the importance of looking after your insides.
All money raised from ticket sales will go to Bowel Cancer UK to help them keep fighting against bowel disease and cancer.
