Creating can be a wonderful meditative activity. It is also a fun and lighter way to get us on our healing journey (or dive a little deeper!). We don’t allow ourselves enough time to let go, play and express.
This workshop blends art with yoga philosophy. It includes breathing exercises, self inquiry/ personal growth, affirmation, meditation, and drawing of course.
True yoga is beyond asanas (your physical practice), it is a state of mind and a way of living. I’m simply replacing your yoga mat with a piece of paper, and using art to bring the yoga practice to its original form.

Yoga Art Healing is open to everyone & anyone.
No yoga or art experience required. All you need is an open mind, a few pieces of paper and a pen/ pencil!
(Feel free to get your fancy colours out, you can even draw on you tablet digitally if you haven’t got a pen!)
Class will be hosted by Eva Lai @Zense.Space, yoga teacher 300 RYT / former art & design teacher at the University of the Arts London.

Eva spent over 10 years working in art / fashion (including 4 years teaching art & design at The University of the Arts London/ London College of Fashion). Then she fell in love with Yoga and decided to pursue a life with more purpose. After completed her training as a yoga teacher (300RYT), she combined her strength with her passion. Eva founded Zense Space – the embodiment of everything she is passionate about: art, beautiful designs, yoga, reading, writing, creating & sharing… most of all learning, healing, and growing… By making mindful living accessible and beautiful, she hopes to spread the awareness of a new conscious way of life.
