This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

Personal data (also referred to as personal information) means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

We do not collect any of the following Special Categories of Personal Data about you: details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership or information about your health and genetic and biometric data. Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
We may collect the following Special Categories of Personal Data to enable us to provide you with our health and activity services: information about your health and genetic and biometric data.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
How is your personal data collected?
We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:
- Direct interactions.You may give us your Identity, Contact and Financial Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:

How we use your personal data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you or the organisation for which you work.
- Where it is necessary for our legitimate business interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data although we will get your consent before sending third party direct marketing communications to you via email or text message. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us.
How We Store Your Data
ReCentre makes use of third party software called MindBody to manage client information, class & appointment bookings and retail transactions. Mindbody has Privacy Shield certification which complies with GDPR regulations related to transferring data outside of the EU (click here for a detailed explanation of how the Privacy Shield requirements align with the new GDPR guidelines). Your personal data is stored securely within MindBody to allow us to manage our on-going business and provide an efficient service to you. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is processed, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. When paper forms are completed these are uploaded onto Mindbody before being securely archived. For insurance compliance purposes consultation forms and treatment notes must be kept for seven years. If you have not visited ReCentre for a period of three years your profile and account information stored on MindBody will automatically be deactivated.

We have set out below, in a table format, a description of all the ways we plan to use your personal data and which of the legal bases we rely on to do so. We have also identified what our legitimate interests are where appropriate.
Note that we may process your personal data for more than one lawful ground depending on the specific purpose for which we are using your data. If you are an existing or recent customer, your personal data may be used in our legitimate interests to send you details of similar products that we offer which we have identified as being of potential interest to you. This will be in line with the marketing preferences that you indicated when you provided your personal data to us and/or in line with the provisions on consent in the current e-privacy rules. We will also send you marketing communications where, for example, you have signed up to our newsletter via the website or requested marketing communications from us in another way.
You may, at any time, opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us – please use the unsubscribe function which is available on all electronic communications from us. Third party marketing
We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Change of purpose
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. We provide a global service and sharing data cross-border is essential to the services we provide to our customers. By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for up to six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
